Pay an invoice online

You can pay an open invoice online in a few clicks. Payments go through Razorpay, so you can use a card, UPI, net banking or a wallet. The amount is always the invoice's current balance due.

Before you start

• You need the Organization settings permission to pay from inside the app.
• The Pay now button appears only for invoices that are Issued, Partially paid or Overdue with a balance due, and only when online payment is switched on for your account.

Pay from the app

1. Go to Settings → Organization and open the Plan & billing tab ( open Plan & billing).
2. In the Invoices table, click Pay now on the invoice.
3. On the invoice page, check the Balance due and click Pay … now.
4. Complete the payment in the Razorpay window.
5. Wait for the success message. The page reloads and the invoice shows the new status and the payment in the Payments table.

Pay from the invoice email

1. Open the invoice email from Attendex and click the invoice link. You don't need to sign in.
2. Click Pay with the amount shown.
3. Complete the payment in the Razorpay window.

Other ways to pay

You can also pay by bank transfer, UPI, cheque or other means using the bank details printed on the invoice. Your account manager records those payments, and they then appear in the invoice's Payments table.

What happens next

• A fully paid invoice shows Paid. A part payment shows Partially paid with the remaining balance.
• Download the updated PDF for your records — see View and download your invoices.
