Have a question about your payslip, leave balance or laptop? Raise a helpdesk ticket. It goes straight to the right person in HR, payroll or IT, and you can follow every reply in one place.
Raise a ticket
- Go to Help & Requests → Helpdesk ( open Helpdesk).
- Click Raise a ticket.
- Choose a Category — for example Payroll, Leave & Attendance, IT, Documents & Letters or Other. Your company may have its own list.
- Set the Priority: Low, Medium, High or Urgent.
- Write a short Subject, e.g. "HRA missing from October payslip".
- Add a Description with the details HR needs.
- Optionally add an Attachment — PDF, image, Word or Excel, up to 10 MB.
- Click Submit ticket.
You'll see a ticket number like HD-0012. The category decides who picks it up and how quickly a response is due.
Follow your tickets
- The cards show Open (with the HR team), Awaiting your reply and Resolved.
- Tabs: Active, Resolved & closed and All.
- Click a ticket to see the conversation, its Details and status. You get an in-app notification each time HR replies.
Reply
- Open the ticket.
- Write your message, optionally attach a file, and click Send reply.
If the status was Awaiting your reply, your reply sends it back to HR. If the ticket was Resolved but your problem isn't fixed, the button says Reply & reopen — replying reopens it.
Close and rate
- When you're happy, click Close ticket.
- Optionally give a 1–5 star rating and feedback, then click Close ticket.
You can also rate a resolved ticket later from the Rate the support card. A closed ticket can't be reopened — raise a new one instead.
Attachments on your ticket can only be downloaded by you and the HR team. HR's internal notes are never shown to you.
