Sign in to Attendex

Attendex has two portals: the admin portal for HR, payroll and managers, and the employee portal for everyone else. This article shows you where and how to sign in to each.

Before you start

• You need an account. Admins are added by an administrator (Add and manage admin users); employees are invited by HR from their employee record.
• If this is your first time, open the invite email and use its link to set your password.
• Know your company's address, such as yourcompany.attendex.in. If you don't, see Find your company's sign-in address.

Sign in as an employee

1. Go to yourcompany.attendex.in/member.
2. Check that the sign-in card shows your company's name and logo.
3. Enter your Work Email Address and Password.
4. Click Sign In Securely.

Sign in as an admin

1. Go to yourcompany.attendex.in/admin/login.
2. Check that the sign-in card shows your company's name and logo.
3. Enter your Admin Email Address and Password.
4. Click Authenticate Securely.

Good to know

• One company per address. If you were signed in to a different company in the same browser and open this company's address, you are signed out with a message asking you to sign in with the right account.
• Same email in two places. If you are both an admin and an employee, use the admin portal for admin work and /member for your own leave and payslips. Each has its own password.
• Employees who have left can no longer sign in once their status changes to a leaving status.
• Forgot your password? Click Forgot? next to the password box. See Reset a forgotten password.

Sign out

1. Click your name or photo at the top right.
2. Click Sign out.
