Give praise on the Praise Wall

The Praise Wall is where people say thank you in public. Each praise has a badge, a short message, and can carry attachments such as a screenshot or certificate. It also appears in the company feed.

Give praise

1. Go to Engage → Praise Wall ( open Praise Wall) and click Give praise. You can also use the Praise tab on your Home feed.
2. Choose the Employee you want to praise.
3. Write What did they do to deserve this? (up to 1,000 characters). Be specific.
4. Select a badge (see the table below).
5. Optionally add a Project name.
6. Choose Posting to: the whole organisation, or just your department.
7. Optionally add Attachments — up to 5 files, 10 MB each (PDF, images, Word or Excel).
8. Click Post praise.

The colleague gets an in-app notification.

Badges

Browse and react

• Employees can switch between Everyone, Received by me and Given by me.
• React to a praise with Like, Applause or Love; click again to remove your reaction.
• Click an attachment to download it. Department-only praise and its files are visible only within that department.
• The side panels show Most praised this month and Upcoming celebrations (birthdays and work anniversaries in the next 30 days).

Remove praise

• Employees can remove praise they gave.
• Admins can remove praise they posted; admins with engage.manage can remove any praise.

For admins

Any admin can open Engage → Praise Wall in the admin portal ( open Praise Wall) to see all praise, the monthly stats and post praise on behalf of HR. When an admin posts to a department, they choose which department.
