Check your leave balance and history
See available and consumed days for each leave type, your leave stats, your ledger and the plain-English policy for each type.
The Leave page shows how much leave you have, what you have used, and exactly how each balance was built up.
See your balances
- Go to Me → Leave ( open Leave).
- Pick the leave year at the top (for example Jan 2026 – Dec 2026).
- Under Leave balances, each leave type shows Available, Consumed and, for types credited during the year, Accrued so far.
Available already subtracts any pending requests. If you see No data to display, HR hasn't set up balances for that year yet.
Your leave stats
My leave stats shows the days you took this year by Weekly pattern, Consumed leave types and Monthly stats.
Leave history
Leave history lists every request with its dates, type, status, who requested it, when action was taken and any reject or cancel reason. Filter by leave type or status, and click the eye icon to see one request in full.
The policy and your ledger
- Click View details on a balance card, or Leave policy explanation under Take action.
- Pick a leave type tab.
- Read the rules in plain English: quota, accrual, who can apply, half days, restrictions, holidays and week-offs, year end.
- Scroll to Your … ledger to see every movement with the date, the change, the running balance and what it was.
Ledger symbols

| ^ | Expired by the expiry / year-end policy |
| ! | Negative balance recovered from salary |
If a credit is missing or a deduction looks wrong, raise it with HR — every line in the ledger can be traced to a request, an accrual or an adjustment.
