Create your company account

This article is for the person setting up Attendex HR for their company. Signing up creates your company, gives you a free trial and makes you its first administrator.

Before you start

• Use a work email address you can read — it becomes your sign-in email and receives the welcome email.
• Have a 10-digit Indian mobile number ready.
• Pick a password with at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. It must not contain the name part of your email.

Steps

1. Open the Attendex sign-up page. From the admin sign-in page, click Start Free Trial next to "Register your company?".
2. Enter your Organization Name — your company's name as your employees know it.
3. Enter Your Name, your Email Address and your Phone Number.
4. Enter a Password and type it again in Confirm Password.
5. Optionally choose a Package. Click Compare plans & pricing to see the packages side by side, or leave it on Not sure yet — try everything.
6. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Click Create Account.
8. On the Registration Successful! screen, click Go to Login and sign in with the email and password you just chose.

What you get straight away

To save you time, your new company comes with sensible defaults that you can change later:

Your company also gets its own address (like yourcompany.attendex.in) based on its name. The Attendex team switches it on for you; until then, sign in at the main Attendex address.

What happens next

• You are on a free trial. The dashboard shows when it ends — see Free trial, upgrades and quotations.
• Continue with Set up your company details and statutory IDs, then follow the checklist in Welcome to Attendex HR.
