Find colleagues in the directory

The directory lists everyone currently working in your company. Use it to find a colleague's email, team, location or manager.

Steps

1. Go to Org → Directory in the left menu ( open Directory).
2. Type in Search name, code, email, title. You can type several words, for example a first name and a department.
3. To narrow the list, open Department, Location or Designation.
   • Search inside the list, tick one or more values, or use Select all.
   • Tick Unassigned to find people with no value set.
4. Click Apply. The page shows "Showing x of y".
5. Hover over (or tap) a card to see the person's code, email, location, manager and joining date.

Click Clear filters to start again. If nobody matches, try fewer filters.
