Update your profile

Keep your personal, contact, address, emergency, identity and bank details up to date, and ask HR to change protected fields.

Your profile holds the details HR and payroll use. Some you can change yourself; sensitive ones go to HR for approval first.

Open your profile

Go to Account → My Profile ( open My Profile). The tabs are About, Profile, Job, Documents, Assets and Password.

Open the Profile tab. The bar at the top shows how complete your profile is.
Sections with missing mandatory fields show an INCOMPLETE badge. Fields marked * are mandatory.
Click Edit on a section, fill in the fields and click Save.

Section	Who changes it
Contact details, Addresses, Emergency contact	You, straight away
Primary details: marital status, blood group	You, straight away
Primary details: name, gender, date of birth, nationality	HR approves first
Identity information (PAN), Bank account	HR approves first

Click Edit on Primary details, or Request change on Identity information or Bank account.
Enter the new values.
Optionally add a Note for HR, for example which document proves the change.
Click Send to HR (or Save on Primary details).

The section shows Change pending HR until HR decides. Click Withdraw to cancel it. If HR declines, their note appears at the top of the tab.

Upload proof

Upload a supporting document in My Documents so HR can approve quickly. Aadhaar numbers are updated through Documents, not through a request.

About: answer the introduction questions so colleagues get to know you, and see your timeline.
Job: your job title, manager, shift, weekly off, holiday calendar, leave plan and other policies (read-only).
Documents and Assets: summaries with links to the full pages.
Password: change your password. Use at least 8 characters with upper- and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol.

Use the menu next to your name to print your ID card.
