My Finances — salary, payslips and statutory details

My Finances is where you see everything about your pay: your current salary, every payslip, your PF and ESI details and, if your company uses it, your income tax.

Before you start

• Payslips appear once HR approves the month's payroll.
• Your salary details appear once HR has set up your salary.

See your latest month at a glance

1. Go to My Finances in the left menu ( open My Finances).
2. The Summary tab shows your last processed cycle, working days, loss of pay and a View payslip link.
3. Below it you see Payment information (how and where you are paid), Statutory information (PF status, PF number, UAN, ESI, professional tax and LWF) and Identity information.
4. Identity numbers are masked. Click the eye icon to show the full number — each view is recorded.

Download a payslip

1. Open the My Pay tab, then Payslips.
2. Pick the year. The months are listed with your net pay.
3. Click a month to see the payslip.
4. Click Download payslip for the PDF, or Print.

See your salary

1. Open My Pay → My Salary.
2. The top strip shows your Current compensation per year, Effective from date and your tax regime.
3. Salary breakdown lists earnings, employer contributions, regular deductions and net pay. Switch between Monthly and Annually.
4. Salary timeline and Version history show every revision and what changed.

Something looks wrong?

Ask HR to correct details such as your bank account or PAN. For questions about a payslip, raise a ticket — see Raise a helpdesk ticket.
