View your attendance
See your hours, arrival record, attendance log, monthly calendar, optional holidays and attendance requests.
On this page
Your Attendance page shows how your days were recorded — by the device, web or mobile clock-in — and lets you fix anything that looks wrong.
Open the page
Go to Me → Attendance in the left menu ( open Attendance).
The three cards at the top
- Attendance stats — your average effective hours per day and your on-time arrival %, compared with My Team. Switch between Last week, Last month and Custom. Only days you actually worked count.
- Timings — this week's working days (weekly offs are greyed) and today's shift with its break.
- Actions — a live clock, Remote clock-in / Remote clock-out (if your company allows web punching), and shortcuts to request Work from home, On duty or Partial day.
Click Attendance policy (or View attendance policy) for a plain-English summary of your company's rules, including any penalisation rules.
Attendance log
- Open the Attendance log tab.
- Each day shows a visual bar of your time against your shift, Effective hours, Break taken, Gross hours and Arrival (on time or late by how much).
- Badges mark weekly offs, holidays, leave and regularized days.
- Click the icon in the Log column to see every punch and where it came from.
Tick 24 hour format if you prefer 24-hour times.
Calendar and optional holidays
- Open the Calendar tab to see the month at a glance.
- Under Optional holidays, you see how many you have availed out of your yearly limit.
- Click Avail to take an optional holiday, or Cancel to give it back. This works only for future dates.
Attendance requests
The Attendance requests tab lists your Regularization requests and Remote clock-in requests, with their status, Last action by and Next approver. You can cancel a pending regularization or withdraw a pending remote clock-in here.
Days with a missing punch, short hours or absence are unpaid until they are fixed. Check your log every week and send a regularization request for anything wrong.
